Sometimes you need more than therapy. You need answers.
A psychological assessment gives you clarity – a clear, evidence-based picture of what’s going on, why you’re struggling, and what to do about it. Whether you’ve spent years wondering if you have ADHD, or you’re preparing for a gender-affirming procedure and need a clinical evaluation, The CBT Center is here to help you move forward.
Our assessments are conducted by Dr. Christina Goodwin, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in psychological evaluation. Dr. Goodwin completed her fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the VA Boston Health Care System and serves as Associate Clinical Professor at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She brings deep clinical expertise and a warm, straightforward approach to every evaluation.
All assessments are conducted via telehealth, making them accessible to adults across New Jersey and 40+ states through PsyPACT. We currently offer two specialized assessment services: Adult ADHD Evaluation for adults who want answers about attention, focus, and executive functioning, and Letters for Gender Affirming Medical and Surgical Treatment for transgender and non-binary adults preparing for gender-affirming procedures or surgeries. Both are conducted via telehealth by Dr. Christina Goodwin, Ph.D.
