GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is an evidence-based approach to help with a variety of challenges. Meeting in a space (virtually or in-person) with others who can provide empathy and validation and help you learn skills is super helpful. We also offer groups for parents – Mindful Parenting, SPACE.

OCD Support Group — Free Monthly

Living with OCD can feel isolating. Our free monthly OCD support group is an online space open to anyone — in New Jersey and beyond — to connect with others who get it, share experiences, and learn real coping strategies.
